"For we are labourers together with God; ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building." (1 Corinthians 3:9).
Before Jesus Christ ascended back to heaven following His resurrection from the dead, He gave these instructions to His disciples: "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." The Bible tells us that the church is the "pillar and ground of the truth" (1 Timothy 3:15). Each local congregation of the churches of Christ acknowledges this divine responsibility to use their abilities and resources in spreading the good news of salvation to the lost. The Liledoun Road Church of Christ uses a variety of methods in fulfilling the commission of the Lord.

The Liledoun Road Church of Christ sponsors two local radio programs:
Message of Truth - Sundays 8:45 - 9:00 AM - WACB 860 AM - Speaker: Jonnie Hutchison.
Truth for the World- Weekdays - Various Times - One Minute- WACB 860 AM - Jim Dearman.
Visitation/Personal Work Program
The Liledoun Road Church of Christ also has an active visitation/personal work program. A weekly bulletin is published both as a means of teaching and keeping the members informed of the news and events of the congregation and brotherhood. Two gospel meetings are conducted each year by the congregation. One in the Spring and one in the Fall. A Ladies Day is conducted each year. A food pantry is provided for those in need and other benevolent activities are participated in as the need arises. Our worship services are offered as a means of offering worship to God, teaching the lost and building up the saved.
House to House - Heart to Heart
The House to House - Heart to Heart is a teaching paper mailed out to the citizens of Taylorsville, NC. Every two months the members of the church meet to prepare the paper for mailing into the homes of our neighbors and friends.
