There are costs associated with the Protection regime. The rates are set each year by the National Consultation of Presidents Civil and Local Sectors (LOVCK). There is a fixed rate for the intake costs and the standard activities.
If the administrator has to perform additional activities, he will ask the Subdistrict Court for permission to charge this. Examples of extra activities are: the sale of a house, activities related to problematic debts or the management of a PGB.
If the client has a low income, the municipality provides special assistance for the costs of the administration. Share Creditor applies for the special assistance.
