Bandwidth Announces Appointment of Sandy Preizler, Director of Global Software Sales, as Chief Revenue Officer

Most recently, Preizler was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for the Hospitality Division of NCR Inc., overseeing nearly $1 billion in cloud and licensed software, managed and professional services, and hardware sales in the global hospitality market. It exceeded sales targets five years in a row, grew revenue while moving to a recurring revenue model, and expanded margins by boosting subscriptions, optimizing the mix of software and services, and streamlining the costs. He has also developed high-level CEO and CIO relationships across the category.

Previously, Preizler had similar accomplishments as global sales manager for Avaya’s service provider business – growing revenue to $1.1 billion – and as global head of channels and distribution at Symbol Technologies Inc. (now Motorola), where he led $1.2 billion of revenue through 40 global distributors, 10,000 reseller partners and 300 ISV partners. He started his career at Cisco, where he was ranked as the top US sales manager two years in a row and also grew bookings by 25% over the previous year’s flat growth in the supplier industry. of services in the EMEA region (based in Paris).

Preizler earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Queens College, City University of New York, where he was captain of the water polo team that won an NCAA Division II national championship. He is co-founder and serves on the board of Rock Steady Boxing Westchester, which helps people with Parkinson’s improve their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness program.
